VoiceThread

This was an awesome activity! I am not going to lie, I was a little bit nervous in the beginning. I liked this activity so much that I would like to integrate into my classroom, either Health or Dance. We had to post our VoiceThread to the Who Are You group conversation. It is just amazing to me how much technology has changed in the last 3 years!!! By using VoiceThread, people from all of the world can connect to other people without leaving their home. A friend of mine study abroad for a semester in college and I wish I would have known about this, because we could have kept in contact!! Wow, this would be awesome to use in a history class. Just put a famous person's picture up and talk about that person as if you were them!! Just AWESOME!!

While looking at the International Society for Technology in Education, I noticed there are a couple of standards that I would consider that match. The one that I really think matches is number 3, Model Digital-Age Work and Learning. I feel as though completing this task has allowed me to demonstrate fluency in technology by transferring current knowledge to new situations. Also, as a class, we are all collaborating with each other and learning abut each person.
